Thomas Castro Ovalle

Thomas Castro se graduó de la Universidad de Binghamton con una licenciatura en Neurociencia Integrativa en mayo de 2022. Como estudiante universitario, Thomas trabajó como asistente de investigación para el Centro de Investigación Transdisciplinaria sobre Relaciones Íntimas. Thomas fue el segundo autor de un póster sobre las mejores prácticas de traducción del español al inglés para medidas psicológicas, presentado en la convención APS de 2022. Después de graduarse, Thomas trabajó como asistente de investigación y paraprofesional en el Instituto Internacional para el Cerebro (iBrain) ayudando a niños con trastornos del desarrollo neurológico. El objetivo de Thomas para el futuro es obtener un doctorado en neurociencia cognitiva con un enfoque especial en su relación con la psicopatología.
EUGENIA KIM

Eugenia graduated from New York University in May 2024 with a B.A. in Psychology. During her time as an undergraduate, she has worked with the RECOVER team as a Research Assistant. She is excited to continue her work as a Research Associate for the team. One of her future aspirations is to become a Child Psychologist.
MARIA ISIDORO-CHINO

Maria is a Research Associate in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU Langone Health. She graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2019 with a B.A. in Psychology. Maria hopes to pursue a medical degree and looks forward to continue working in research.
THOMAS CASTRO OVALLE

Thomas Castro graduated from Binghamton University with a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience in May 2022. As an undergraduate, Thomas worked as a research assistant for the Center for Transdisciplinary Research on Intimate Relationships. Thomas was the second author of a poster discussing Spanish-to-English translation best practices for psychological measures, presented at the 2022 APS convention. After graduation Thomas worked as a Research Assistant and Paraprofessional at the International Institute for the Brain (iBrain) aiding children with neuro-developmental disorders. Thomas's goal for the future is to pursue a Ph.D. program in cognitive neuroscience with a special focus on its relation to psychopathology.
